SUSAN ARNOLD

Susan Arnold is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a specialization in working with teens, providing therapeutic services since 2014. Based in southern Minnesota, Susan holds an LMFT from Argosy University and became a board-approved supervisor in 2022. She primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients' personal growth, both during and after therapy. Susan offers virtual outpatient mental health services, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, ADHD, and oppositional defiant disorder. Her expertise is centered on adolescents aged 12 to 18, particularly in underserved communities facing financial challenges.

NATALLIE CHIVERS-LOCKHART

Natallie Chivers-Lockhart is a Mental Health Practitioner focusing on changing the narrative of mental health in BIPOC communities. She has a background working with folks with substance abuse, homelessness, domestic violence, trauma, abuse, generational poverty, identity, and self-esteem struggles. Natallie holds a Master's degree from University of Saint Thomas and is working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She works with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and adults. Natallie has experience with DBT, Intellectual Disabilities, Solution-focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy and Mindfulness-based CBT. Natallie is a strength-based clinician who focuses on who clients want to be, building a toolkit from within on how to work through struggles and making sure they create their own narrative and not succumb to what others think.

Over the past decade, Bronwyn Cole has been providing mental health services in a variety of settings including school-based mental health and private practice for individuals, families, and couples. She is a systems-trained Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who approaches therapy through a relational lens utilizing Narrative, Strength-based, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Trauma-focused modalities. Bronwyn brings her own thoughtful curiosity and compassion to those she serves, supporting clients in their process of desired change. Additionally, Bronwyn is a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor and has worked in this capacity supporting Masters-level therapists to licensure.

Jessica Finney (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working creatively and collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families and has been doing so since 2014. Jess is a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and IFS-I approved clinical consultant (all parts are welcome!) and has training in a variety of other therapy modalities including expressive arts and play therapy. Life is complex, and she brings a realistic, empathetic, and non-judgmental presence to witness and support folks as they explore whatever brings them to therapy. Jess is socially-conscious, LGBTQ+ affirming, and does her best to be aware of her white-body privilege and how it impacts the world around her while working to dismantle oppressive systems. She especially enjoys working with creatives and with other therapists or practitioners who are learning the IFS model. Jess would be honored to be a part of your journey.

Kc is currently practicing at Change Inc. as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing school-based and outpatient mental health services. Additionally, she is a supervisor for the wrap-around, pilot program through the Partnership Program's System of Care for Ramsey County. Kc is a doctoral candidate at North Central University and specializes in culturally-informed practice within the African American community. Kc has also been working as a domestic violence relief advocate for the Harriet Tubman Center in Minneapolis for the past 11 years and has a multitude of trainings and group experiences on relational pattern identification and healing groups for survivors of domestic abuse and sexual exploitation. As an African American woman, she can bring perspective and insight that can help build an atmosphere of inclusivity. She also has a great equanimity and will use this quality to engage others in difficult conversations in order to impact change in an equitable manner. Kc is a lighthearted therapist and values helping people reconnect with the joy that may be hidden due to crisis.

Mai Yia Her is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University. She has 7 years of experience providing school based mental health services to children (ages 5-14) and families. Mai Yia speaks Hmong and English. She uses a person-centered approach to work with children, adolescents, and adults; she believes every individual is unique and is the expert in their experiences. Mai Yia uses a person-centered approach while also drawing from other modalities such as Brainspotting, IFS, CBT, Narrative, Solution-focused, and play therapy techniques. Mai Yia is skilled in helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and adjustment issues.

David Hesse, Ph.D., LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 12 years of experience in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. He holds credentials as an Approved Clinical Supervisor (AAMFT; MN-BMFT; MN-BBHT) and has worked in school-based and outpatient community settings. David takes a relational, client-centered approach, often utilizing solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed practices. He provides individual, family, and couples therapy, with a focus on working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. David is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment that respects each client's unique needs and values, fostering personal growth and healthy relationships. As a Korean American and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, David integrates cultural awareness into his clinical work.

MARIA KELLER FLORES

Jennifer Krizan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and State Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor based in Minnesota. Her practice spans both office and telehealth sessions, reflecting her transition from leading a school-based mental health clinic and practicum site to providing therapy directly to clients. She works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—supporting elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as adults navigating life’s many challenges. Rooted in a client-centered, systems-informed approach, Jennifer blends creativity, compassion, and playfulness into her work. Her style invites warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, allowing clients to explore their stories, discover strengths, and build resilience. With extensive experience in culturally responsive care, she is passionate about supporting urban youth, couples, and families, and mentoring emerging mental health professionals. Outside of sessions, creativity remains central to Jennifer's life. She has an art studio at home where she recharges and finds inspiration, bringing that same spirit of openness and innovation into her clinical work. She is also a proud mother of two adult daughters and a grandmother (ā€œGigiā€) to a delightful granddaughter. At home, her fluffy sidekick Chiquita keeps her grounded and adds a touch of humor to daily life. Whether in person or online, Jennifer strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Ana Lewis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been working with young children, school-aged children, teens, and adults since 2012. Ana is bilingual in English and Spanish. Ana is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Brainspotting, and DC-05 Early Childhood Intervention. She is also trained in play therapy. Ana is very client-centered and solution-focused and feels that the client has the answers they need to get them through their problems but can help facilitate them in getting to those solutions faster. Ana is a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor and has worked in this capacity supporting Masters-level therapists to licensure.

Nicole Lynskey (she/her) holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and a BA from Hamline University. She has completed the level 1 trainings in IFS and Brainspotting.Ā  Additionally, she has received a certificate of Life Coaching from Adler Graduate School. Her prior career experience includes working as a life coach and a nutritional educator. Nicole is passionate about working with adolescents, parents, and families and those who are brave enough to be themselves in all the glorious ways they find themselves to be unusual or different. She works to create a safe and trusting space where all parts of people are honored and welcome. She is also a strength-based therapist and looks to help people uncover their natural resilience.

Mae Moua is a compassionate therapist with a Master of Arts degree and specialized training in Brainspotting I and II, integrating a narrative approach into her practice. With experience in both private practice and school-based mental health settings, Mae offers individualized support to adults, focusing on relationship counseling and serving people of the global majority, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, and those who identify as self-proclaimed geeks and weirdos. Her client-centered approach combines Brainspotting and narrative therapy to help clients author their own stories toward healing and personal growth in a safe and inclusive space.

Anthony Ramirez is a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish and English, with Spanish as his native language. He holds a degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Psychological Intervention with Children and Adolescents and is currently pursuing advanced specialization in Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Emotional Management. Anthony has also received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and third-wave therapies. With several years of experience providing mental health services in diverse settings, Anthony began his career in the mental health department of a hospital, supporting patients with a wide range of psychological needs. He also developed and implemented a mental health program in a juvenile correctional facility, focusing on the unique needs of youth in that environment. Since 2022, he has been a therapist with Change Inc., providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in both school-based and outpatient settings. Anthony believes therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs. Depending on the client, he integrates CBT, Brainspotting, Mindfulness-based strategies, and Positive Psychology to promote healing and growth. His goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their stories, discover strengths, and develop new skills to foster well-being. He provides individual and family therapy in both English and Spanish, working with children, adolescents, and adults. Guided by warmth and cultural sensitivity, Anthony walks alongside his clients to help them navigate challenges and build the resilience needed for meaningful change.

Karrie Ruedy is a licensed marriage and family therapist with Change Inc. She is also a certified play therapist, certified in ABC interventions and EGeneration PMTO.Ā  She has completed level 1 IFS training and also completed level 1 of Theraplay. Karrie has been practicing for six years and has been fully licensed for three and a half years. Her focus is on young children and their families. She provides services to families with children primarily zero to ten years of age. She works with children under the age of five using play therapy and ABC interventions.Ā  She also works with parents of young children using the parent training called EGeneration PMTO.

Sue is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified in EMDR, an evidenced-based treatment for trauma. She is engaged in the Couples Institute’s ongoing training and consultation. She treats individuals, couples, LGBTQIA, and families for challenges creating anxiety and depression often caused by trauma, grief, and life change. Thirty-seven years of working as a nurse in oncology demonstrated that some part of healing happens in the relationship between people. Exploring the patterns in one’s life, in relationships, and in marriages can reveal both the challenges and the solutions to these challenges. Sue believes that being human is often revealed to be messy and flawed but that human beings also have an almost infinite ability to heal.

In order to be a contractor through Change Clinic, you must maintain a regular and consistent caseload rendering an average of 22 billable hours per month (approximately 6 clients). This caseload must be reached within 60 days of signing your contract. Any referrals interested in any services at Change Inc. should be connected with clinic manager.   Any clinician working with clients outside of Change Inc. must disclose this information to clinic manager and/or their supervisor if applicable. Clinician must carry their own liability insurance, as they will not be covered by liability insurance through Change Inc. Liability insurance should cover all clinical and coaching practice that the contractor is engaged in. A copy of insurance must be obtained prior to clinician beginning therapy with any clients.Ā  Clinician must be able to pass a non-DHS State and Federal FBI fingerprint background check prior to beginning therapy with any clients.    Licensed Professionals: 25% of reimbursed billable hours after credentialing has been complete.   Clinical Trainees: 50% of reimbursed billable hours.Ā  Clinical Supervisors: Consistent and ethical supervision for clinical trainees which must include a signed Change Inc. Contract for supervision. May also include oversite of paperwork completion for internal Change Inc. Staff.Ā  Client Coaching: Must include a signed contract between contractor and client to specify payment and agreement. Consistent and timely communication with clinic manager when coaching is provided in order to ensure documentation of meetings for payment and invoicing purposes.Ā  Reliable communication and timely follow through on @thechangeinc.org email account with clinic staff and clients, including outreach to new referrals within 48 hours of receipt.Ā  Timely submission of billable hours posted through the electronic records system.Ā  Licensed clinicians and supervisors will complete timely and regular completion of paperwork to audit ready status in accordance with DHS standards.Ā  Untimely paperwork completion may result in additional uncompensated administrative support by clinical supervisor or clinic manager   Utilization of shared scheduling calendar intended for space resource use.Ā  Attend and participate in monthly clinic meetings and/or consistent communication with clinic manager and clinical supervisor (if applicable) as a clinic community member.    Recognize role as a team player, problem solver, while being relational, and a contributor. Ā  Commit to personal and professional development, including trauma informed utilization of cultural, professional, community context, and racial equity approaches.
