Background
Nicole Lynskey (she/her) holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamline University. Nicole is passionate about working with adolescents, parents, families, and individuals who bravely embrace the ways they are unique and unconventional.
She is trained in several experiential modalities known for their effectiveness in addressing trauma. Since completing her Internal Family Systems (IFS) training in 2021, Nicole has enthusiastically integrated IFS into her therapeutic practice and has witnessed meaningful transformations in her clients. She has also completed Brainspotting Levels I and II and, more recently, was training in EMDR.
Nicole’s background includes work as a life coach and nutritional educator—experiences that continue to inform her holistic perspective on well-being. She strives to create a safe, welcoming space where all people and all parts of self are honored. As a strengths-based therapist, Nicole helps clients uncover and build upon their natural resilience.
