BIXI: BEDEL KLIINIKADA

In order to be a contractor through Change Clinic, you must maintain a regular and consistent caseload rendering an average of 22 billable hours per month (approximately 6 clients). This caseload must be reached within 60 days of signing your contract. Any referrals interested in any services at Change Inc. should be connected with clinic manager.   Any clinician working with clients outside of Change Inc. must disclose this information to clinic manager and/or their supervisor if applicable. Clinician must carry their own liability insurance, as they will not be covered by liability insurance through Change Inc. Liability insurance should cover all clinical and coaching practice that the contractor is engaged in. A copy of insurance must be obtained prior to clinician beginning therapy with any clients.  Clinician must be able to pass a non-DHS State and Federal FBI fingerprint background check prior to beginning therapy with any clients.    Licensed Professionals: 25% of reimbursed billable hours after credentialing has been complete.   Clinical Trainees: 50% of reimbursed billable hours.  Clinical Supervisors: Consistent and ethical supervision for clinical trainees which must include a signed Change Inc. Contract for supervision. May also include oversite of paperwork completion for internal Change Inc. Staff.  Client Coaching: Must include a signed contract between contractor and client to specify payment and agreement. Consistent and timely communication with clinic manager when coaching is provided in order to ensure documentation of meetings for payment and invoicing purposes.  Reliable communication and timely follow through on @thechangeinc.org email account with clinic staff and clients, including outreach to new referrals within 48 hours of receipt.  Timely submission of billable hours posted through the electronic records system.  Licensed clinicians and supervisors will complete timely and regular completion of paperwork to audit ready status in accordance with DHS standards.  Untimely paperwork completion may result in additional uncompensated administrative support by clinical supervisor or clinic manager   Utilization of shared scheduling calendar intended for space resource use.  Attend and participate in monthly clinic meetings and/or consistent communication with clinic manager and clinical supervisor (if applicable) as a clinic community member.    Recognize role as a team player, problem solver, while being relational, and a contributor.   Commit to personal and professional development, including trauma informed utilization of cultural, professional, community context, and racial equity approaches.

Access to client referral sources, including professional website and marketing opportunities.  Initial credentialing, ongoing annual maintenance, and MN Credentialing Account for Change Inc.  Licensed Professionals: 75% of received billables with monthly commission payout after credentialing has been complete.  Clinical Trainees: 50% of received billables with monthly commission payout.  Clinical Trainees: ongoing internal supervision with a board approved supervisor through licensure and credentialing   Clinical Supervisors: competitive rates of payment, administrative support if needed, and marketing opportunities if more supervisees are desired.  Coaching Clients: flexbility in working with various clients that are not limited to mental health therapy. Onsite administrative support: reception of in-person clients, incoming phone calls, basic billing questions, and sending intake packets, ITP, ROI, cc authorizations, faxes, etc. as needed.  Billing services: initial insurance verification, input, timely submission, resubmission if needed, and communication with therapist as needed.  Association with a recognized professional organization invested in the surrounding community that offers a welcoming and equitable environment including therapeutic meeting spaces, communal workspaces, a larger family meeting room, a play room and conference spaces.  Electronic filing system with administrative oversite.  Community committed to increasing professional growth through training opportunities with Change Inc. and other partners. Trainings are often free of charge to contractors and often include Continuing Education Units.  Ample opportunity for case consults, information sharing, availability updates, professional network/development.  Initial onboarding training and monthly meeting to be compensated for up to two hours each.  Access to lockers for therapeutic supplies and personal effects at Clinic.  Access to a community of socially and culturally attuned clinicians and supervisors.  Change Clinic personal email packaged with a license for MS Outlook 365 and a HIPAA-compliant Zoom account.  Access to free parking at our Northeast Clinic, business cards, high speed internet, business printers, office equipment, office supplies and play/art supplies for therapy.
