Background
David Hesse, Ph.D., LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 12 years of experience in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. He holds credentials as an Approved Clinical Supervisor (AAMFT; MN-BMFT; MN-BBHT) and has worked in school-based and outpatient community settings. David takes a relational, client-centered approach, often utilizing solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed practices. He provides individual, family, and couples therapy, with a focus on working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
